Pre-Arrival
• On reciept of deposit a booking confirmation and arrival details will be sent to you.
• Shop mobility scheme at the Telford Shopping Centre.
• Whilst we strive to provide for all of our guests requirements, if you do have special needs please contact us and hopefully we can help.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• All our guests have private parking:
• Ironbridge Holiday Complex : We have a private lock up car park aprox. 200 yards from the complex.where there is one space for each property. There is however a closer 'pay & display' car park with 2 disabled bays, there is no charge for this car park from 6.00pm - 10.00am, to the left of the telephone box is a ' keep clear' sign wriiten on the ground, this is for access to our property you can pull on to this to load and unload your vehicle. The pathway to complex has a slight incline.
• Riverside Holiday Complex : Onsite parking for all of our guests
• All arrivals come to our 'Pie Shop' opposite the Iron Bridge itself, here you will be given a welcome pack containing your accommodation keys, a welcome letter, a map and directions to your accommodation and our car park, a questionnaire to be completed on departure.
• Our keys are colour coded for ease of use.

• The only public areas are outside communal gardens which on Ironbridge site are mostly level with slight incline, on Riverside site level terrace with 3 steps down to lower garden and seating area.

• Many of our properties are ground floor or have a ground floor bedroom.
• Many of our studios have laminate or solid wood flooring most bedrooms have carpet or rugs.
• All TVs have remote controls and most are digital so they have subtitle facility

• Most of our properties are ground floor , Dale Cottage has a ground floor toilet and sink, Bakers Cottage you go downstairs to bedroom and bathroom.
• Severn Studio has a grab rail in shower.
• Most showers you have to step very slightup into.
• Anti slip shower & bath mats are provided.

• All hot water is thermostaticlly controlled.
• All taps are in the process of being replaced by sliding style rather than twist.
• All work surfaces are at the normal height.

• Due to the geography of Ironbridge mobile receptions can be a little hit and miss.
