The map below shows the location of our ‘Pie Shop’ where all arriving guests collect their Greetings Pack which contains the following;

• Welcome letter from us.
• A detailed map & directions to your acccommodation.
• Your accommodation keys.
• A ‘ report it’ card which you can fill in & drop in the shop if there is anything you think we should know or we can help you with.
• A questionnaire for completion a the end of your stay.

When you get into your accommodation take some time to relax and enjoy your complimentary drinks.You wil find tea,coffee, hot chocolate, mineral water, buscuits. In the fridge is a jug of fresh milk.
Also in the fridge we have left you one of our delicious ’world famous’ pork pies to try & a little mustard and pickle., yummy!

As an appreciation of your booking with us we have left you a little gift either a bottle of wine , flowers , or chocolates(subject to availability).
On your bed you can find your personal towel bale consisting of :

• 1xbath sheet ( not for Children)
• 1xbath towel
• 1xhand towel
• 1xflannel
• and some complimentary ‘Crabtree & Evelyn’ toiletries
  In all properties you will find a selection of novels and local interest books.
• A comprehensive tourist information folder.
